📦 Packet Pick-Up Info
Due to the large size of this event, there is NO race day packet pick-up.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable morning for all runners and volunteers, we ask that you grab your race number, shirt, and bag at one of our two convenient early pick-up sessions. You are more than welcome to pick up packets for friends and family!
Friday, October 23rd: Time & Location TBA
Saturday, October 24th: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Location TBA)
Note: We understand that attending early pick-up isn't possible for absolutely everyone. If you have a schedule conflict, please reach out to us through the race website. We will approve race-day pick-up on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding!
Please submit any questions through our race website. We can't wait to run with the pumpkins!
What to Bring to Packet Pick-Up
Please have your registration confirmation ready when you arrive. To keep the lines moving quickly, we need to be able to scan the barcode on your confirmation to check you in.
How to show your confirmation:
On your phone: You can show us the confirmation email or add it to your Apple Wallet (just tap the "Add to Apple Wallet" icon at the top of your confirmation email).
Printed copy: A printed paper copy works perfectly, too!
Picking up for friends or family? If you are picking up packets for multiple people, we highly recommend bringing printed copies of each person's registration, OR making sure you have all of their passes saved to your Apple Wallet before you arrive.
Can't find your confirmation email?
