The JC Green Half Marathon, 10K, 5K (formerly the JC Fall Half, 10K, 5K) takes place in Lincoln Park, a place that is not only historic, it’s beautiful!!! We are proud and excited to hold the 6th Annual running event to support an incredible non-profit organization, Sustainable Jersey City. We’ve created an unforgettable and improved course that includes paved, unrestricted roads, bridges, paths, a lake, and historic monuments. This is going to be a great event that we’re sure will be around for years to come. Join us to support this amazing organization that works to educate, empower, and advocate for a more sustainable Jersey City. Run 13.1 Miles, 10K, or 5K on a course with clear markers, tons of support, and a finish line like no other. We can’t wait to make this happen!

1 Lincoln Park, Jersey City, NJ 07304 (Water Fountain)
Course (certified measured course)
(Half) 4 loops of a 3.27 mile course. 
(10K) 2 loops of a 3.1 mile course
(5K) 1 loop of a 3.1 mile course
Water Stations 
There will be water stations about every 1.5 - 2 miles along the course. Besides water, there will be Gatorade and gels.

Live timing including a split per loop!

Male & Female cuts; A4 Technical Running Shirts for each participant.

Race Day Packet Pick-up: 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Bring picture I.D.
You will receive a bib with a timing chip attached to it.
Baggage Check-in: 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m
Your bib will have a tear-off tag that you will pin to your personal bag.
You need to show the matching bib to retrieve your bag from the secure area.
Race Start: 9:30 a.m.
Preliminary Results: posted at around 10:30 a.m.
Awards Ceremony: 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.  
Post Race Celebration!  Bagels, fruits, and drinks!
 

Remember, there are no transfers, no credits, no refunds.  Race Directors reserve the right to change the date, modify or cancel the race.  Only in this case may you transfer your entry to another event.

The 10K is the distance where running stops feeling like a starting point and starts feeling like a sport. Long enough to require a real training block. Short enough that race day is fully manageable for a first-timer who's put in the work.

Race day energy at a 10K is community at its best — strangers cheering you by name, people moving toward the same goal, an atmosphere that solo training can't replicate. It's fast enough that you'll spend the whole race pushing rather than managing your effort.

This is also the distance that builds the base for everything else. Most athletes who go on to run half marathons, do triathlons, or compete in HYROX started here. What you need: running shoes fitted to your stride, a training plan, and the race on your calendar. The registration is what makes the deadline real.
