We are proud and excited to hold the First Annual Jersey City Summer Half Marathon, 10K, & 5K Races to support an amazing non-profit organization: JCFamilies.
Join us to support this organizations that work to educate, empower, and advocate for Jersey City Families. Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K course with clear markers, tons of support, and a finish line like no other. We can’t wait to make this happen!

4 Loops (Half Marathon) 2 Loops (10K) 1 Loop (5K)
SUPPORT STATIONS
There will be water stations about every 1.5 - 2 miles along the course. Besides water, there will be Gatorade and electrolyte gels.
TIMING
Live timing including a split per loop!
**pictures and video will be uploaded the day of the event
**race app - RACEMAP - will allow your friends and family to follow your progress. Simply find the event, find your bib number, and watch as you make your way through the course.
**YouTube Livestream - If digital tracking isn't enough, your finish will be live on our YouTube channel. You'll also get a clip of the finish for you to share, share, share.

Race Day Packet Pick-up: 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.
Bring a picture, I.D.
You will receive a bib with a timing chip attached to it.
Baggage Check-in: 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.
Your bib will have a tear-off tag that you will pin to your personal bag.
You need to show the matching bib to retrieve your bag from the secure area.

Awards Ceremony for each distance starts promptly, do not leave without your award! Check your phone before you leave. Your outcome is sent by text.
Remember, there are no transfers, no credits, no refunds. Race Directors reserve the right to change the date, modify or cancel the race. Only in this case may you transfer your entry to another event.

The 10K is the distance where running stops feeling like a starting point and starts feeling like a sport. Long enough to require a real training block. Short enough that race day is fully manageable for a first-timer who's put in the work.
Race day energy at a 10K is community at its best — strangers cheering you by name, people moving toward the same goal, an atmosphere that solo training can't replicate. It's fast enough that you'll spend the whole race pushing rather than managing your effort.
This is also the distance that builds the base for everything else. Most athletes who go on to run half marathons, do triathlons, or compete in HYROX started here. What you need: running shoes fitted to your stride, a training plan, and the race on your calendar. The registration is what makes the deadline real.
How long to train: 4–8 weeks for most fitness levels.
From 5K to marathon, running races are the most accessible entry point into endurance sport. There's a distance for every fitness level and a community at every start line.
