ADD STRENGTH TRAINING! Add on a Saturday morning strength class specific for runners offered by our partner company, Maverick CrossFit at a reduced rate of $80 for 12 weeks.  That's $6.66 a class!  You will receive expert training from MAV's qualified instructors.  Strength training is essential to a runner's training program to strengthen muscles and joints, which can improve race times and decrease risk of injury. If you want to perform at your full potential, you need to take a comprehensive approach to running.  After the strength workouts every Saturday morning at 10:00 AM, enjoy 15 minutes of yoga to stretch, increase flexibility and range of motion.  Add the strength class to your registration!
