PACKET PICKUP WILL BE AT RUNNINGLANE Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11am-5pm. Address: 2407 Memorial Pkwy SW Huntsville, AL 35801
The first 1000 runners to register (either for the Mile or 5K) will receive finisher medals. This will be determined by bibs assigned (Freedom 5K/Independent Mile bibs which will be 1-1000 vs RunningLane bib. Those who sign up for the bundle will only receive 1 finisher medal, not 2.) Depending on how many bibs are not picked up will determine how many RunningLane bibs will receive finisher medals.
Also friendly reminder, that the first 850 registrations for the 5K or the 5K + 1 Mile bundle, will be guaranteed Freedom 5K singlets. We will have an additional 200 RunningLane singlets for those who register for the 5K or 5K + 1 Mile bundle in case we run out of Freedom singlets!
Come Celebrate America's Independence with the all new Freedom 5K and back from its 9 year hiatus the Independence Mile!
The 5K and 1 Mile will start and finish at beautiful Big Spring Park in downtown Huntsville. Both courses will be USATF Certified courses as well as Sanctioned events. We're excited to make this the premier July 4th race in the Tennessee Valley taking you through the beautiful streets of Downtown Huntsville as well as Old Town.
