Summer 2026 Kids Speed & Conditioning WEDNESDAYS training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.
Class is 8 weeks long, meeting once per week, and is geared toward kids aged 8-14 years old of ALL levels and paces. The goal of the class is to have fun, get healthy, and work on running speed and overall conditioning. Class will be capped at 35 registrants.
Cost of the class is $65. No refund and no deferral if you drop out of the class after registering. Please do not register if you're unsure of your child's schedule and have a potential conflict with another activity. No class switches after registering.
Cost includes: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week, a season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days as well, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), educational information coordinated by The Running PTs, and a training shirt.
If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.
Coach Mary Petersen will coach this class.
Program dates: May 27, 2026 - July 15, 2026. 1 class per week: Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm. The class will meet at Apex Nature Park, (2600 Evans Road, Apex, NC 27502).
