Preseason Training Camp for Rising 6th-10th graders
Back for a 2nd summer after a strong and successful first season! A focused summer training program designed to help athletes build a strong aerobic base, develop smart habits and enter the fall season confident and prepared. We believe that great seasons are built before the first official practice. Our goal is to give athletes structure, coaching, and consistency they need to improve for the long term.
Session 1: June (Build Phase)
Focus: Aerobic base, mechanics, and foundational strength
3 weeks | 2x per week
Schedule: Monday and Wednesdays 7:30-8:30 AM
Session 2: August (Sharpen Phase)
Focus: Faster efforts, race prep, and mobility/injury prevention
3 weeks | 2x per week
Each session includes 6 total practices
Schedule: Tuesday and Thursdays 7:30-8:30 AM
Location: Short Pump, VA
Pricing: $70/session
Led by Linsey Cousins, a lifelong runner, experienced youth endurance coach and middle school track and field coach.

Her coaching blends smart training, injury prevention, and athlete-specific development to help each runner improve safely and effectively.
*Athletes must be able to comfortably run 1 mile continuously at the start of the program. This allows us to keep workouts structured and appropriate for the group
Spots are limited, max 20 per session to maintain small group coaching.
