The Harmony Parks Board is delighted to announce our 3rd annual Color Blast Fun Run at Sippel Reservoir Park in Harmony, PA. We invite you to be part of this family-friendly, un-timed event, featuring a scenic 1.5-mile course that includes a portion of the historic Harmony trail. As you journey through the course, prepare to be showered from head to toe in a vibrant array of colored powder. Following the fun run, the festivities will continue with a lively colored-powder toss dance party. Get ready for a celebration filled with music and an epic colored-powder throw, creating amazing color combinations.
Best of all, your participation will contribute to a wonderful cause—proceeds from the event will go toward supporting Harmony's parks, hiking trail, and canoe launch. Join us for a day filled with laughter and fun with family and friends, all while making a meaningful contribution to our community. We can't wait to see you there!
EVENT DAY & TIME
Get ready to walk, run, laugh, and get messy at the Color Blast Fun Run!
Date/Time: Saturday, August 15, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (RAIN OR SHINE)
T-shirt and wristband pickup starting at 9 a.m. at the park shelter.
Location: Sippel Reservoir Park, 400 Reservoir Park Drive, Harmony, PA 16037
REGISTRATION DETAILS
Children 4 & under are free (T-shirt not included, no need to register).
All minors under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a registered adult.
All ages welcome. Anyone 5 years or older who participates in the run must be registered and wear the wristband provided.
No refunds will be issued; this is a fundraiser.
On-line registration $25 entry (plus fee) through Aug 7th, thereafter $27.50 (plus fee) until race time.
Short sleeve cotton T-Shirt while inventory lasts. Guaranteed shirt size must be made by July 28th.
In-person Day-of Registration - $30.00 per person, T-shirt if available. Cash, check, and credit card payments accepted.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & TIPS
Colored powder is completely non-toxic, FDA-approved, and environmentally safe.
Convenient parking will be available on-site (and in Northgate Plaza).
A water station will be available along the course.
Food and drinks will be available on site for purchase.
Bikes, roller-blades, skateboards, and pets are not permitted. Service dogs and strollers welcome.
Protect your cell phone and other valuables by placing them in a Ziploc bag.
Be creative - wear white and wacky gear (crazy hair, rainbow wig, tutu).
Bring a bandana to wear over your mouth and nose, especially if you have asthma or allergies.
Bring a change of clothes, baby wipes and old towels for quick cleanup after the event.
Course Description: You will start on a limestone path next to the soccer fields, cross a boardwalk and bridge over a babbling creek at Scholar's Run, travel up a paved hill onto Harmony's crushed limestone trail heading toward the Mennonite Church to the turnaround. The course will have 7 color stations. There is some gravel on the trails.
