The Hampton County Watermelon Festival 5K will take place on Saturday, June 20th, 2026, at 8:00 AM.
Late registrations will be available Friday June 19th, from 4pm-6pm at the Hampton gazebo located on Lee Avenue in Hampton.
Race day registration will be available from 630am-730am at the Hampton County courthouse.
Packet pickup will be available from 4pm-6pm on Friday, June 19th. Packets can also be picked up on race day beginning at 6:30 AM and lasting until 7:30AM.
Race starts and finishes on Elm Street in front of the courthouse. Awards will take place after the race.
Awards will be given to the top three overall finishers as well as the top Male and Female in the following age categories:
12 & Under
13 - 19
20 - 29
30 - 39
40 - 49
50 - 59
60 - 69
70 and up
Race will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be given. Registration must be received by Friday, June 1st to guarantee T-shirt.
