Upstate Running Club – Summer Schedule

First Practice: Wednesday, May 20
Final Practice: Sunday, June 21
Location: Fisher Middle School
Program Fee: $160
Age Requirement: 7th grade and up
 
Time Standard Requirements
  • Please do not register if your athlete does not meet the time standards below. Refunds will not be issued.
If you believe your child should still be considered for the program, please contact Coach Victoria directly.
  • 1 Mile: Under 6:00
  • 400m: Under 1:10
  • 800m: Under 2:45
Program Details
  • All athletes will receive a brand-new Upstate Running Club T-shirt.
  • Optional jerseys are available for $35. Please let Coach Victoria know if you would like one.
  • Race entries are not included in registration.
Post-Season Track & Field Races to Consider
  • Running Lane – Huntsville, AL | May 22–23
  • Adidas Track Nationals – Greensboro, NC | June 18–21
  • AAU District Qualifier – Usually hosted at Eastside High School. Information has not been released yet.
Coach Victoria will be present at all local road races. Athletes attending Running Lane or Adidas Nationals will need to travel with family or another teammate, as Coach Victoria will not be attending those meets.

  • Regular practice at Fisher Middle School, 5:15 PM – 6:30/6:45 PM

  • Take Flight 1 Mile Race or Running Lane
Saturday, May 30
  • Downville Mile
Sunday, June 1
  • Regular practice at Fisher Middle School, 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday, June 3
  • Regular practice at Fisher Middle School, 5:15 PM – 6:30/6:45 PM
Saturday, June 6
  • Cottonmouth Relay, 4-person relay with each runner completing a 2-mile loop
Sunday, June 7
  • Regular practice at Fisher Middle School, 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday, June 10
  • Regular practice at Fisher Middle School, 5:15 PM – 6:30/6:45 PM
Sunday, June 14
  • Regular practice at Fisher Middle School, 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
June 18–21
  • Adidas Track Nationals
Sunday, June 21
  • Final team practice
