The race will start and finish here, with most of the route taking place along the scenic Swamp Rabbit Trail.

We are bringing in celebrity fitness instructor Dwight Holt Jr., founder of the high-energy Dance Your Pounds Off movement. And no, this is not your average workout.
This is music up, sweat flowing, crowd moving, good energy everywhere. Dwight knows how to pull people in and keep it fun, so even if you came just to watch… you are probably leaving out there dancing.
So yes, come cute. But more importantly, come ready. Because DYPO is going to be a whole vibe!
