From the Organizer
The Canine Classic is a trail hike/run for you and your dog(s) through the scenic trails at Paws Up! Participants can choose from Half-Marathon, 5-Mile, 2-Mile races or an untimed hike.
Dogs are welcome and encouraged to participate, and can do so off-leash on these trap-free lands.
The run takes you on mostly designated trails and some dirt roads. Runners can expect uneven trails especially through pasture area.
After the race enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch prepared by the amazing team at Paws Up. All race entries include one lunch coupon, a swag bag, and the opportunity to win some great prizes! Additional lunch coupons can be purchased the day of the race for $15.
The event is cupless. There will be four aid stations on the 13-mile course.
Event proceeds benefit Working Dogs for Conservation. Virtual Race option available! Download and send your results to breanne@wd4c.org and receive your swag. See Registration information for dates and pricing.
