From the Organizer
The Mule Kick 5K takes place in conjunction with Gordo's annual Mule Day Festival. The Festival consists of arts, crafts, concessions, an antique car, live entertainment, and much more. The race will begin on Mian Street in front of BankFirst. The course is a flat and fast to start but will slowly increase in elevation. The humidity is certainly a factor and temperature usually reaches about 60 degrees at the start. This is a great 3.1 mile run, challenging your body's physical demands. Each race participant will receive a T-shirt and will be provided with ice cold Gatorade, fresh bagels, and fruit after the race.
