Our monthly ruck progression is designed to systematically prepare participants for the demands of GUIDON22. Each month builds on the last, increasing distance, reinforcing load discipline, and sharpening movement efficiency in a structured, scalable format. The focus is on practical readiness: foot care, pacing, gear selection, and operating as a cohesive element over distance. Whether someone is brand new to rucking or bringing prior experience, the progression ensures they show up to GUIDON22 capable, confident, and ready to perform.
Equally important is the community forged along the way. These monthly rucks bring people together under a shared standard, creating consistency, accountability, and trust.
