(Clear bag policy is enforced & no pets are allowed inside the ballpark during the event).
COURSE: 5K Run/Fun Walk through downtown El Paso.
3.1 miles total, ending inside the Southwest University Park.
KIDS’ DASH: Starts at 9:00 AM inside Southwest University Park,
Home of the El Paso Chihuahuas. Meet Chico!
CHIP TIMING: Guaranteed for all competitive runners who register in advance.
Chip timing is not available for race day registration.
PARKING: Paid parking is available at city meters, Union Plaza Parking Terminal,
and the Convention Center Parking Garage.
Nutritious snacks and water at the finish line.

Trophy to the top 3 Male and Female winners in the 5K Run.
Trophy to the Largest Teams & the Most Spirited Team
Signature Medals to the top 3 Male and Female in each 5K Run age group:
12 & under, 13 – 19, 20 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 – 69, 70 & over
Finisher Medals to the first 800 finishers!

Team Discount – A $2 discount for each person for teams of 10 or more. (After the 10th person registers online, the first 9 people will receive a $2 refund. All registrations after will receive the $2 discount. Team registrations must be turned in by July 31, 2026.
NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION FOR COMPETITIVE 5K.

Free t-shirt and one (1) El Paso Chihuahuas Baseball Game for the first 500 registered participants. The ticket is valid for the game on Saturday, August 15, 2026.
