This is a family friendly event, and we invite you to participate in the “Little Riders Pedal Party” intermission event between 11:00 and 11:45. Your children will have the opportunity to ride the “race course” one time around. The course is one city block adjacent to San Jacinto Plaza in the heart of downtown El Paso.
