Join us for the UCAPS Who Let The Dogs Out 5K Run and 1 Mile walk. The proceeds will help feed, medicate, and find homes for the abused and abandoned animals in Union County. This amazing program is run solely on donations by generous individuals and community fund raisers.
Place: 201 North Jackson Street, El Dorado, AR 71730
Date: Saturday, May 30th Time: 7:30am
Entry Fee - Individual $30 Child 12 or under $25 Race Day: $35
1-Mile Walk - Is for participants who want to walk with their leashed dog/pet. If is a fun event for dogs/pets of all breeds, ages and sizes!
Runner Amenities: Each participant will receive a T-Shirt of your size, To be guaranteed a T-shirt of your size, you must Register by May 18th.
Packet Pick-up: At race site on the morning of the race - Saturday, May 30th 6:30AM-7:15am
Course:
5K: Race will start at 201 N Jackson, proceed down N Jackson, turn right at Faulkner, then left onto Madison. Run all the way down Madison till you hit the dead end, turn around and come back the way you came.
1 Mile Walk: Proceed down N Jackson, turn right onto Faulkner, then left onto Madison. Turn around at 3RD street and come back the way you came.
Trophies and medals will be given to overall men and women's top three finishers.
Medals will be given to the top three finishers in each age group for men and women.
Age groups are: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over.
Medals will be given to the overall top three finishers, men and women, for the 1 Mile walk.
