From the Organizer
We hope you will join us on Saturday, August 15th as we run, walk, and roll for Camp Jabberwocky! All are welcome — serious runners, first-time runners, walkers, and families with children! This fun-filled community event benefits Camp Jabberwocky—one of the oldest sleepaway camps for kids and adults with disabilities, located right here on Martha's Vineyard. Each year we fundraise to keep camp tuition-free for our campers. Help us reach our goal by signing up, spreading the word, or sponsoring the event. Sponsorship details can be found here.
Race Day & Course Info:
Limited parking is available so please carpool, bike, walk, etc. and arrive early if possible! We highly recommend taking the RIGHT FORK route to the FARM Institute, as we begin to block off the left fork entrance for traffic starting at 8:45 AM.
Bring the whole family. But, because the venue is a farm, please... no dogs are allowed. This race event is "rain or shine". The race starts and ends at the Farm Institute in Katama and continues along Edgartown Bay Road, past South Beach and back along the bike path to the finish line. The course is well marked with directional and mile markers.
Bib Pickup and Other Registration Info:
Online registration closes on Thursday August 14th at 5 pm.
Day-of registrations ($30) and bib pickup are available onsite at the Farm Institute from 7:30 to 8:30 am. There is no bib pick-up on Friday.
Kids Fun Run begins at 9:00 AM, and the 5K starts at 9:15 AM.
