🏃♂️ Scout Fest 5K, 1.5M Walk & Family Fun Day
Join us for a day of community, challenge, and celebration!
Scout Fest isn’t just a race—it’s a celebration of our community and the great outdoors. Whether you’re a competitive runner looking to conquer the hills or a family looking for a fun Saturday morning, your participation directly supports local Scouts.
Every dollar raised helps fund leadership development, including summer camp experiences, essential gear like tents and equipment, insurance, and year-round programming. Come see our Scouts in action as they fulfill their duty to the community!
This race will be timed by Bryan Mawr Racing Co!

Where: Amity Community Park | 1967 Weavertown Rd, Douglassville, PA 19518
9:30 AM: 5K Run Start
9:35 AM: 1.5M Walk Start
11:00 AM: Bike Rodeo Begins
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Festival Fun (Food Trucks, Carnival Games, Bounce Houses & Bake Sale!)
🏆 Race Details & Awards
The 5K course features two "figure-eight" loops through the Amity Community Park Trail. It’s hilly, it’s challenging, but we’ve timed it so you’ll spend plenty of time cruising downhill! Walkers will enjoy a single figure-eight loop.
5K Awards Ceremony:
Overall: Top 3 Men and Top 3 Women.
Age Groups: Top Male and Female in the following categories: 18 & Under | 19–34 | 35–49 | 50+
5K Race Info:
The Swag: Official Scout Fest T-shirt (Adult S–XXL) and a finisher medal for every participant.
The Support: Water stations throughout the course and improved course signage/stewards to guide you.
🎟️ Registration & Entry Fees
Early Bird (Before April 16): $35 (Includes guaranteed T-shirt and timing).
Late Registration: $40 (T-shirt and timing not guaranteed).
Festival Only: $5 Early and $10 Late Just here for the Bike Rodeo, Bounce House, and Food Trucks? Please pre-register online and pick up your activity bracelet at the registration table! We will also sell bracelets at the registration table the day of.
