LT FITNESS SUMMER NIGHT EXPERIENCE
Join us this summer for the LT Fitness Summer Night Experience a FREE high-energy youth program in partnership with DCR Summer Nights designed to bring the community together through movement, creativity, teamwork, and fun.
From cardio and agility training to dance, sports, music, games, and art, each night will create a positive space where youth can stay active, connect with others, and enjoy an unforgettable summer experience.
