The race will begin and end at the Crisfield City Dock at the end of Rt. 413. Runners, walkers, and ruckers will enjoy a fast, flat course that meanders thru the City of Crisfield as well as the neighborhoods and along the waterfront outskirts. Water stops will be provided at three locations along our route.

Prices increase from $25 to $35 on Monday, August 25, 2025 and to $40 on race day, August 30, 2025. Everyone who registers on or before August 1, 2025 will be guaranteed a t-shirt.
Packet pickup is Friday, August 29, 2025 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Wellington Beach.
We are trying to incentivize you to register by August 1st to get a t-shirt (and to save money) and to pick your packet up before the day of the race.
The 10k ruck has a 20 pound weight. The 10k ruck has the same course as the 10k race, but starts at 7:00 a.m.
Please remember that we made a significant change to our annual event in 2023 transforming the traditional 5k Walk into a 5k Race. While we still wholeheartedly welcome participants who prefer to walk, there will no longer be a separate walking race. All participants are encouraged to take part in the 10k or 5k Race, regardless of their preferred pace.

About This Sport
Endurance Grid is here to help you understand the sport, decide if it's the right fit, and learn how to prepare. For course distances, logistics, and race-day specifics, always defer to the race organizer's event page.
The 10K is the distance where running stops feeling like a starting point and starts feeling like a sport. Long enough to require a real training block. Short enough that race day is fully manageable for a first-timer who's put in the work.
Race day energy at a 10K is community at its best — strangers cheering you by name, people moving toward the same goal, an atmosphere that solo training can't replicate. It's fast enough that you'll spend the whole race pushing rather than managing your effort.
This is also the distance that builds the base for everything else. Most athletes who go on to run half marathons, do triathlons, or compete in HYROX started here. What you need: running shoes fitted to your stride, a training plan, and the race on your calendar. The registration is what makes the deadline real.
How long to train: 4–8 weeks for most fitness levels.
From 5K to marathon, running races are the most accessible entry point into endurance sport. There's a distance for every fitness level and a community at every start line.
