From the Organizer
Every Mile. A Moment to Exhale.
This is more than a walk. It’s a moment to pause, breathe, and pour back into yourself.
The Exhale Walk was created for the woman who has been carrying a lot for a long time.
The woman who shows up for everyone else.
The woman who keeps pushing through.
The woman who needs a moment to simply breathe again.
This is not a race or a fitness competition. This is an intentional wellness experience centered around movement, emotional wellness, prayer, reflection, and community.
Throughout the walk, we will pause intentionally for guided moments of affirmation, hydration, encouragement, and emotional reset. Together, we will create space to release pressure, reconnect with ourselves, and move forward lighter.
Come as you are.
Walk at your own pace.
Exhale freely.
Because Black women deserve spaces to rest, heal, breathe, and simply be.
This experience is designed to be peaceful, intentional, and emotionally safe. We ask all participants to help us maintain an atmosphere of kindness, respect, encouragement, and positivity throughout the event.
