 Without Limits: The Ultimate XC Summer Conditioning Camp

Give your runner the edge they need this fall. Led by Coach Trey McCain, this program is designed to build the "Complete Runner." We go beyond the miles to focus on:

The Engine: Building a massive aerobic base and top-end speed.
The Body: Functional strength and agility to prevent injury.
The Mind: Racing strategy, nutrition, and the culture of team success.
From State Champions to military leaders, Coach Trey has a history of pushing athletes to their personal bests. Join us this summer and start your season at the front of the pack.

Coach Trey McCain’s coaching philosophy is rooted in his experience with one of the most successful XC programs in NCAA history. Having competed for the 18-time (consecutive) South Atlantic Conference champion, and multi NCAA National Championship berth, Mars Hill Mountain Lions, Trey understands the discipline, consistency, and teamwork required to reach the top. Whether your runner is aiming for a conference title or their first 5K finish, they are learning from a coach who has competed at the highest level—earning 4 individual conference titles over the 5000m and 10000m and multiple NCAA All-Region honors.
