GIVEAWAYS
Half Marathon and 10k participants will get a long sleeve, technical polyester quarter-zip at packet pick up! Sizes are limited, so be sure to register early before your size runs out! Samples are available to try on at Terra Running Company.

5k participants will get a race tee!

ALL finishers of all distances will get the large, beautiful Cleveland Half Marathon 10k and 5k FINISHER’S MEDAL!

PACKET PICK UP
Registered participants can pick up their race packets, shirts, and bib numbers Friday, October 23, 2026 rom 10am-6pm EST. Terra Running is located at 90 North Ocoee Street, Cleveland, TN. Late packet pick up will be available race morning at First Street Square (220 1st Street NE Cleveland, TN 37311) from 7-7:45am, but please plan to pick up your race packet Friday if at all possible.

SAFETY
Due to the nature of a running race, participants are strongly discouraged from using headphones during the Cleveland Half Marathon and 5k. Dogs, bikes, skateboards, and jogging strollers are not permitted in the race.

TIMING
It's not as big as the New York City Marathon, but we will be using the same timing technology. The race will be chip timed using state of the art Chronotrack chips and equipment. Results will be provided immediately after the race at TerraRunning.com, ClevelandHalf.com, and if opted in, will be provided live through text message.

AWARDS
Awards will be given to the overall male and female winners of the Half Marathon10k, and 5k. Awards will also be given to the top three finishers, male and female, in the following age groups: 10 and under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. Awards winners will be based on gun time.

All finishers of the half marathon, 10k & 5k will receive an awesome finisher's medal. 

Nutrition
Half Marathon Aid Stations:

1.3 miles: 14th St at Jordan Ave.

4 miles: Greenway Park pavilion

5 miles: Y at Tinsley Park between Northbound Greenway and Casteel Connector

7 miles: Y at Tinsley Park between Northbound Greenway and Casteel Connector

8.5 miles: Y at Tinsley Park between Northbound Greenway and Casteel Connector

9.2 miles: Greenway Park pavilion

11.5 miles: 14th St at Jordan Ave.

 

10k Aid stations:

1.3 miles: 14th St at Jordan Ave.

4.7 miles: 14th St at Jordan Ave.

 

5k Aid stations:

1.3 miles: 14th St at Jordan Ave.

2.1 miles: 14th St at Jordan Ave.

Aid stations will have Gatorade, GU gels, and water.

7am-7:45am: Emergency packet pick up at First Street Square (220 1st Street NE Cleveland, TN 37311)

8am: Half Marathon start

8:10am: 5k & 10k start

9:45am: 5k awards at First Street Square

10:00am: 10k awards at First Street Square

10:30am: Half Marathon awards at First Street Square

11am: Half Marathon course cutoff

Course Time Limit/Cutoff
The course cutoff is 3 hours.

Refunds
Due to the upfront nature of event costs, we have a uniform policy of no refunds, transfers to another runner or to a different distance, or deferrals to a future year. We know that plans change and unexpected things come up, but we feel it is most fair to apply a uniform policy to all, instead of an arbitrary line of who merits a refund and who doesn't. Thank you for understanding.

Parking
Free parking is available anywhere in downtown Cleveland, including all public parking lots and street parking.
