The Self Care Lab 4th Annual 5K Run & Walk for Mental Health Awareness In Partnership with The Claremont Unified School District
Run for mental health. Walk for community. Every step helps expand access to healing-centered programs.
Join us for the Self Care Lab’s 4th Annual 5K Run & Walk, a community event raising awareness for mental health while supporting programs that promote healing, movement, and wellbeing for both youth and adults.
The Self Care Lab is a clinical boxing gym and wellness space focused on the connection between mental health and physical movement. Through boxing, fitness, and supportive programming, we provide tools that help people regulate stress, build resilience, and strengthen their overall wellbeing.
This year’s 5K also serves as a fundraiser to expand our programs and secure a larger facility, allowing us to serve more members of our community and provide scholarships for underserved youth.
Whether you’re a seasoned runner, casual walker, or simply looking to support a meaningful cause, we welcome participants of all ages and fitness levels.
