From the Organizer
This is a friendly and inviting event for all members of the family— dogs included! The race itself is a scenic out and back run on a flat stone dust trail making it enjoyable for those who want to have a fun run and those who want to compete. Runners and walkers of all kinds are welcome to join in on the fun solo or with their furry friends leashed alongside of them! Registration will include an exclusive WRHA Paws Along the Erie T-Shirt as well as your standard fuel and hydration. Start time will be at 8:30 am so you can cool off and enjoy extra visits with some of our animals and wonderful vendors at the finish line festival. Enjoy the remainder of your morning grabbing a bite to eat, perusing the vendor booths and exploring all that the Canal Boat Museum has to offer!
We kindly ask that if you are participating in the race or attending the festival in any capacity with your canine friend to please ensure they are friendly, up to date on their rabies vaccination, and leashed at all times. Dogs participating in the events will be required to show proof of updated rabies vaccination upon check in. Thank you for your understanding.
Pricing: $25 opening week-- $30 from then until race day $35.
