From the Organizer
Greetings, Four Miler friends!
The 43rd annual Charlottesville Women's Four Miler will be held at Foxfield on Saturday, September 5th, 2026. This much-loved community event began in 1983 and, since then, has grown to become the largest women's-only race in Virginia while raising over 4.2 million dollars for the UVA Breast Care Center. We hope you will join in this fun, challenging, and deeply meaningful local tradition. Run or walk the beautiful countryside course, or participate virtually from anywhere.
All proceeds from registration fees go directly to the UVA Breast Care Center and we strongly encourage you to fundraise beyond this.
A special thanks for Foxfield for all the amazing support over all the years, and to the hundreds of local sponsors and volunteers who make this event possible. We would like to acknowledge the Charlottesville Track Club (CTC) for their years of support for this and many other local, not-for-profit events. Please consider becoming a member of the CTC here and follow their website and social media to stay current on upcoming events!
VIRTUAL OPTION: We understand it if you can’t make it to Foxfield, especially if you're traveling for the Labor Day holiday or live out of town. We’d still love to have you be a part of this special fundraising event, so please feel free to run or walk a four-mile course of your choosing close to home.
