Course Cut-Off Times

Runners will need to pass the halfway point by 1:45:00 and finish by 3:30:00 (16:01/mile). This is a hard cut off time - runners who do not make it will be picked up by an official race vehicle.

Top 3 Male/Female, Top 3 Master’s Male/Female, Top 3 Age Group (19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and above). Top 3 relay teams

Will be located in the back parking lot of the LaMer Beachfront Resort on Friday October 24th from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and Saturday the 25th from 5:30am to 7:00am.

All runners receive a long sleeve race shirt.  All finishers receive a race medal.

How long to train: 10–14 weeks. If you're already running consistently, 10 weeks of structured buildup is enough. If you're building from a casual base, give yourself 14.
