From the Organizer
Benefits:
All proceeds will go to the Canton Child Study Club, an organization of local mothers and women invested in youth. They strive to connect children, families, and the church through a variety of community service projects and events. These include our community's annual Easter egg hunt, grants for local teachers, scholarships for graduating seniors, and free events for families.
Fun:
This event coincides with the Annual Canton Lake Walleye Rodeo, the state's oldest and biggest fishing tournament. Stay after to enjoy a parade, craft/vendor show, and food from one of the many organizations. On Sunday, a kids' derby will be held in which each registered child is entered for a drawing for prizes, including many lifetime fishing licenses!
Shirt Information:
Sign up before the cutoff date, April 28th, to guarantee the event shirt. There will be extra shirts, but no guarantee for the correct size or even a shirt with entries after the cutoff date.
Awards:
Age awards will be presented to the top 3 in each age group. The top overall male and female will receive a $100 prize.
Location:
M&D Enterprises (next to the Post Office) 200 W Main Canton, OK 73724
