Fun Run start time: 8:30am
Event will take place at the North Glynn Recreation Complex
All events are open to able bodied, adaptive, and wheelchair (solo and assisted) athletes.
The Miracle League of the Golden Isles is a nonprofit that will provide inclusive recreation for children and adults with mental or physical challenges. Phase one of our initiative will be a specially designed baseball field with a surface of rubber or turf to allow for safe play for all and easy use of wheelchairs, walkers, and other adaptive devices. Additionally the complex will eventually consist of an adaptive playground and other recreational areas.
Furthermore, we’re building more than just a baseball complex; we’re building a community where disabilities are replaced by possibilities! Our mission is to provide everyone the chance to experience the joy of organized baseball.
