From the Organizer
Get ready to show off your walking, running, or skipping skills at the annual CASA 0.5K "Race"! Whether you sprint or stroll, you’ll still reach those donuts! Join us at Canyon Creek Brewing (3060 Gabel Rd) on Saturday, October 3rd, for a lighthearted “race” with a big impact. Your participation benefits CASA of Yellowstone County, helping recruit and train volunteer Advocates for children in our local foster‑care system. Both in‑person and virtual “race” options, but please note there are no refunds and no “make‑up” beverages.
Enjoy all your favorite race-day perks: refreshing drinks for adults and kids (first one is on us), a donut-packed halfway stop during the “race”, and awesome swag! Kid-friendly pricing makes it fun (and affordable) for the whole family.
When you cross the finish line, plan to stick around for live music, laid‑back conversation, and a food truck ready to refuel you after your grueling half‑kilometer effort.
Early packet pick‑up will be Thursday and Friday, October 1st & 2nd, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the CASA office, 550 N. 31st Street, Suite 240 (second floor). On race day, packets will also be available at Canyon Creek Brewing starting at 2:00 p.m.; the “race” begins promptly at 3:00 p.m.
Whether you walk, run, or just come for the donuts—this “race” is all about community, laughter, and making a difference for kids. Sign up today!
