Babcock Ranch is excited to announce the Run to Remember 5K Run/Walk, a scenic 3.1-mile course through the beautiful community of Babcock Ranch. After the race, stick around and enjoy Explorers Park or check out Founders Square.
The race starts and finishes at Explorers Park, just across from the Veterans Memorial Roundabout.
This event is part of the Babcock Ranch Summer Race Series, which includes:

4th of July 5K Run or Walk on July 4, 2026.

Labor Day 5K Run or Walk on September 7, 2026.
Series Discount:
Register for two or all three races and receive an automatic $5.00 discount off of each race. This series discount cannot be combined with age-based pricing or club discounts.
Local running clubs receive a 10% discount with a unique coupon code. Please email info@beachbumtiming.com to request your code. Discount codes cannot be combined with age-based pricing or the summer series discount.

May 25 | 6:30 AM – 7:15 AM @ Explorers Park Pavilion. Please plan to pay with a credit or Apple Pay race morning, cash is not accepted.
Shirt Cutoff: Register by midnight, May 15, 2026 to guarantee your shirt size. After that, shirts are available while supplies last.
Course: Paved roads and sidewalks
Water Stations: Halfway point and finish line
Rest Rooms: Available at Explorers Park
Parking: Available in the park, with overflow parking along Babcock Trail
Spectators: Great spectator-friendly course
Awards (Explorers Park pavilion):
Overall Awards: Top Male & Female (gun time).
Special Categories: Master (40+), Grand Master (50+), Senior Grand Master (60+) (gun time).
Age Groups (Top 3 Male & Female):
9 & Under, 10–14, 15–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59,60–64, 65–69, 70–74, 75–79, 80+
Finisher Medals for all participants. If you don't stay for your award, you are responsible for coordinating with Babcock Ranch of when you will pick it up.

Is the race timed? Yes, chip timing is provided by Beach Bum Timing.
Can I bring my dog? Yes, but your dog must be leashed, and you must start at the back of the race unless you can run a sub 21-minute 5K.
