The South Fulton Run Club was founded on March 13, 2025 in the City of South Fulton, GA. We’re not just a run club, we’re a movement. Every mile matters. Every step counts. Every runner belongs. Whether you’re lacing up for the first time or chasing a new PR, you’ve got a crew that’s got your back.
SFRC is pleased to host its Inaugural Run the Block 5K. This event is designed to bring people together through movement while raising funds to support the ongoing programs and initiatives of South Fulton Run Club. Proceeds from the race will directly support our mission to make fitness accessible, inclusive, and impactful within our community.
The Inaugural 5K Run/Walk will be May 30, 2026, starting at 8 AM, with the race beginning at Sandtown Plaza.
Registration and packet pickup will on held on race morning. Credit or debit card only please.

TIME LIMIT: 5K - 1 hour and 20 minutes. Any participant still on the course after the time limit is reached will be asked to vacate the course.
TIMING: The timing device for this event is RFID timing by Elite Race Timing. To receive an accurate time, please confirm that your bib is:
Clearly visible on the front of the torso
Unaltered and unmodified (not folded or wrinkled)
Pinned in all four corners
Uncovered (jackets, fuel belts, etc.)
Results are published live within a few minutes of finishing.
REFUND POLICY: All registrations are final and non-transferable. Unfortunately, there will be no virtual race options. If you can't attend in person, you will forfeit your bib packet and medal. There will be no mailing of bibs/medals.
