Start Times and Details-
1/2 Marathon: 8am-12pm
Participants will receive a medal, shirt, beer or root beer and a breakfast burrito.
10k: 9am-12pm
Participants will receive a medal, shirt, beer or root beer and a breakfast burrito.
5k: 9am-12pm
Participants will receive a medal, shirt, beer or root beer and a breakfast burrito.
1 miler: 9:05am-12pm
Participants will receive beer or root beer and a breakfast burrito. NO SHIRT OR MEDAL.
Course-
The run will start and finish at the Canteen Brewhouse- 2381 Aztec Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM.
The out-and-back course will primarily be on the North Diversion Channel Trail in Albuquerque, NM. This is a shared path. The majority of the course is flat, with some elevation change where it passes under major streets. We will have an aid station at the halfway point of the 5k. We will have several aid stations along the half-marathon and 10k routes. Restrooms will be available at the start and finish and 5k turnaround.
With your half-marathon, 10k, and 5k registration, you will receive a t-shirt, breakfast burrito, and a pint of beer of your choice after the run. 1 miler participants will not receive a shirt. All half-marathon, 10k, and 5k participants will receive a finisher's medal. 1 miler will not receive a medal. We will have root beer available for participants under 21 and non-beer drinkers.
We will be holding a raffle post-race, open to all finishers instead of top finisher awards. Your bib number is your raffle number, so stick around to see if you won a fun prize!

Packet Pickup will be Friday, March 19th from 5-7PM at Canteen Brewhouse. If you registered before 3/1/2026 you will be guaranteed a shirt in your size at packet pick up. To help you carb load before the race we will offer $1 off pints with your race bib on Friday evening.
Must be 21 to receive your complimentary beer. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
*Day of registration and packet pick-up will be available. You will not be guaranteed a shirt on the day of registration.
Race course will be open until 12PM.

The half marathon is the distance where you find out what you're actually made of. Long enough to demand real preparation. Short enough that it doesn't consume your life to train for it. Most people who run their first half describe it as the race that changed their relationship with what they're capable of. Once you cross this finish line, the bar moves. That's not a warning — that's the point.
Race day energy varies by event size, but the finish line feeling is the same regardless. Big races keep the noise going the whole way. Smaller races give you stretches where it's just you and the miles — and that solitude becomes its own kind of fuel.
The half marathon rewards people who show up for the boring training miles.
How long to train: 10–14 weeks. If you're already running consistently, 10 weeks of structured buildup is enough. If you're building from a casual base, give yourself 14.
From 5K to marathon, running races are the most accessible entry point into endurance sport. There's a distance for every fitness level and a community at every start line.
