The Freedom Festival Elkhorn 5K Run/walk kicks off the Afton Freedom Festival.  The start/finish is under the World’s Largest Elkhorn Arch in Afton, WY.   All proceeds from the race go to the Amputee Blade Runners organization (ABR). ABR is a non-profit organization that helps provide free running prosthetics for amputees. For more information on ABR: https://amputeebladerunners.com/

Registration includes a custom race mug.  Guaranteed to the first 100 registered!

  • Awards for 1st Overall Male and Female and 1st Male and Female Masters (40+)
  • Awards for 1st Male and Female in 10-year age groups
  • Awards for 1st Male and Female Adaptive Athletes (Open to athletes with limb differences, hand cycles, wheelchairs, hearing impaired, vision impaired, and other mobility impairments - contact karibradley72@gmail.com with any questions)
     
  • Packet Pick-up and Onsite Registration: Thursday, July 2, 1-5 PM at Wild Wyoming Outfitters (445 S Washington St, Afton, WY 83110) and Friday, July 3, 6:30-7:45 AM at the start/finish area.
     
  • Stick around after the race for the Freedom Festival on July 3 including the Star Valley street market, bounce houses, Live DJ and dancing, cornhole tournament., and more! Come back on July 4 for the parade, Ranch Rodeo, and fireworks!
