From the Organizer
Trail maintenance and logging may force changes - we will notify racers by email by Thursday, August 20th and also have notices available when you pick up your race number.
Click here to see the Citizen, Sport and Expert course maps on RideWithGPS where you can download the files to your phone app or GPS head unit. If the link doesn't work, copy and paste this url into your browser: https://ridewithgps.com/collections/2113549. Experts please note that your course has been lengthened by 0.5 miles and now includes a section near the end following the end portion of the Newbie course, that drops down Picnic Table Hill on the Birkie Trail and then follows a portion of the Makwa Trail back toward the long straightaway to the finish line. This section is not represented on the Expert course map here, but will be flagged on race day.

About This Sport
Endurance Grid is here to help you understand the sport, decide if it's the right fit, and learn how to prepare. For course distances, logistics, and race-day specifics, always defer to the race organizer's event page.
Mountain biking takes place on singletrack and natural terrain where reading the trail matters as much as fitness — cornering, braking, and instinct on dirt are skills that only come from time in the saddle.
Events range from beginner-friendly cross-country races to technical enduros, and the trail community is one of the most welcoming in endurance sport.
XC races, enduros, and fat bike events across Midwest trails. Technical, physical, and completely different from anything on pavement.
