Welcome to the MCMBA Women's Skills Clinics!
Our clinics are designed to be inclusive. Whether you're seeking confidence on the trails or an intermediate rider aiming to learn new or tune your techniques, this clinic is tailored to empower and elevate your mountain biking journey.
We are offering two different types of clinics. We have the FUNdamentals clinic available for women who are new to mountain biking or women who want to go over all the fundamental skills needed to progress and grow as a rider.
We are offering a Fundamental/Intermediate clinic that is meant for the woman rider who's been to a mountain bike skills clinic, has been riding for a few years and wants to work on progressing past some of the fundamental skills for a fun and rewarding challenge.

About This Sport
Endurance Grid is here to help you understand the sport, decide if it's the right fit, and learn how to prepare. For course distances, logistics, and race-day specifics, always defer to the race organizer's event page.
Mountain biking takes place on singletrack and natural terrain where reading the trail matters as much as fitness — cornering, braking, and instinct on dirt are skills that only come from time in the saddle.
Events range from beginner-friendly cross-country races to technical enduros, and the trail community is one of the most welcoming in endurance sport.
XC races, enduros, and fat bike events across Midwest trails. Technical, physical, and completely different from anything on pavement.
